Each city sets its own local ordinances for golf carts and LSVs. Find your rental's city, then read that page.
Anna Maria
The northernmost and smallest city on the island. Anna Maria City has designated routes and permitted hours that differ from the other two cities. If your rental is on the north end of the island, this page has the rules that apply to you.
Holmes Beach
The largest city and home to most vacation rentals on AMI. Holmes Beach has its own cart ordinance covering which streets are open to cart travel and under what conditions. If your rental address says Holmes Beach, start here.
Bradenton Beach
The southernmost city, from the Historic Bridge Street district down to the Cortez Bridge area. Bradenton Beach sets its own rules for the south end of the island. If your rental is near Coquina Beach or Bridge Street, this is your page.
Most island streets are fine. The bridges and roads leading off the island are not.
